  • What happens if my delivery day falls on a National holiday? Open Close

    If this happens then you will receive your order on the closest available delivery date after your missed slot.

  • Product Shelf Life Open Close

    All our products are made fresh to order, so they have a shelf life of up to two weeks as we use fresh herbs and spices. 

Subscription

  • What is a subscription? Open Close

    A subscription with us means that you can have your favourite products delivered to your door, weekly, fortnightly or monthly (we will do our best to deliver it on your chosen day but we cannot guarantee this).

    With our subscription service you can decide to have our expert team choose for you, this would introduce you to new and different items that you may not have tried before. Or you can choose your items yourself. 

  • How do I amend my subscription? Open Close

    If you move house or want to change your items or how often you receive your subscription you can easily do this by logging into your account through our website. 

  • How long is the subscription? Open Close

    The subscription is as long as you want it to be. We will deliver your products how often you would like, for as long as you like. 

  • How do I cancel my subscription? Open Close

    If for any reason you need to cancel your subscription you can do so at any time. However it must be at least 3 days before your next delivery date.
