We will freshly prepare and pack your order, this ensures that when your products arrive they will taste delicious and have a longer shelf life.

For all of our subscriptions, delivery is included unless you decide to change the delivery method.

Any orders over £70 from our online store will have free delivery service. For orders under £70 there will be a £7.00 delivery charge. 

 Our usual dispatch days are Tuesdays to Thursday. We will try our utmost to dispatch orders received by 12 pm on the first available dispatch day with the aim to get to you over the following 1 or 2 days but we are unable to guarantee this. (this excludes National , Christmas and New Year Holidays).


Please note: If no one is in to receive the parcel then it will be left at the address or with a neighbor at your risk and will not be returned to the depot.  


We want you to be happy and excited when you receive a delivery from us so we take the time to make sure that your products reach you in perfect condition.  However we do understand that sometimes problems do occur. If your parcel is delivered and it is damaged which has affected the products in anyway please take photos and send them to us within 24hrs. We will aim to rectify the problem as soon as possible for you.

If you are unhappy with any of your produce please contact us via phone or email and we will do our best to sort it out for you. If you have received a faulty product that needs to be returned to us then you, the customer, will have to cover the postage costs. If we receive the produce and it is deemed faulty we will give you a refund or replacement.
