Pickled Garlic
with Herbs de Provence and a touch of rapeseed oil.These whole cloves of garlic are a staple for any fridge. They remain crunchy and the light sprinkle of herbs de Provence highlights their flavour. These are supposed to be eaten as they are but we use them in salads or dressings and also ideal for infusing your own oil, just add a handful of them to a bottle of oil and leave to impart all that flavour for a couple of weeks.
