Aragon Olives with Fennel Seeds, Oregano and Garlicwith a touch of rapeseed oil.
These sweet olives are from the Aragon region of Northern Spain. A delightful olive which even though it is small, is full of flavour. We use fennel seeds and oregano with some garlic to marinate these beauties and suggest you serve them at room temperature with a nice selection of cheeses.
